By purchasing, buyer confirms they are a qualified researcher or laboratory capable of safely handling research chemicals. Synex Labs shall not be held liable for misuse, handling, or application of any product outside of approved laboratory research settings. Buyers must be 18 years or older and are responsible for understanding applicable laws and regulations in their region. Safety: All products are strictly intended for scientific research. They are NOT pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, injectable products, or consumer goods. Any misuse is strictly prohibited. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, offer exchanges, or provide refunds. Once an order is placed and shipped, it is considered complete and final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos for possible replacement or store credit. We do not provide monetary refunds except in rare cases where replacement is not possible. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
