Synex Labs is committed to providing high-quality research-grade materials.Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are laboratory research materials, we cannot:

• Accept returns
• Offer exchanges
• Provide refunds

Once an order is placed and shipped, it is considered complete and final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item(s) received
• A clear photo of the packaging and shipping label

We will review the issue and provide a resolution, which may include:

• Replacement of the damaged item
• Partial or full store credit

We do not provide monetary refunds except in rare cases where replacement is not possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for:

• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Delivery errors caused by incorrect addresses

We recommend contacting the carrier to initiate a trace or claim.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately though cancellation is not guaranteed.

No Returns on Research-Use Materials

For regulatory and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened items
• Unopened items
• Research chemicals or peptides
• Temperature-sensitive products
• Any items shipped outside standard conditions

This ensures product integrity for all customers.
